Privacy Policy

How Export Doctor handles the information needed to run this website, process an order, and respond to feedback or support.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Controller and contact

Alexandre Didier, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), trading as Kenkazma, SIRET 910 295 625 00024, 33 rue Marcel Miquel, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. Contact: alexandre@kenkazma.com · +33 (0)6 99 72 31 61.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Export Doctor website, purchase journey, feedback form, and support. Export Doctor is a local, read-only Premiere Pro plugin: its normal diagnostic operation does not upload Premiere projects, error logs, or diagnostic reports.

3. Information processed

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to operate and secure the site, process orders and product access, respond to support and compatibility-refund requests, meet legal obligations, and—where you consent—review anonymized feedback to improve future diagnostic catalog updates.

5. Recipients and transfers

We use only Cloudflare for hosting and security, FastSpring for checkout, payment, tax handling and fulfilment, and Typeform for feedback. Their processing may involve countries outside the EEA; where applicable, providers apply their own transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data or run advertising profiles on this website.

6. Retention

Cloudflare retains security data under the service settings used. Feedback is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Order, refund, and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by writing to alexandre@kenkazma.com. You may also complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
