FAQ

01Can Export Doctor fix my project automatically?+

No. Export Doctor is read-only. It helps you locate a likely issue and run a controlled test on a duplicate sequence or project copy.

02Does it upload my project?+

No. Diagnostics run locally. The plugin can download a versioned catalog update, but it never uploads your project, error log, or diagnostic report. The embedded catalog remains available offline.

03Which versions of Premiere Pro are supported?+

Export Doctor 1.2.0 requires Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or later on Windows or macOS.
