If Export Doctor cannot be installed or opened on a supported Premiere Pro configuration, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Scope
This guarantee covers installation and compatibility issues. Export Doctor cannot guarantee that every export failure can be identified or resolved. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
How to request a refund
Email alexandre@kenkazma.com with your FastSpring order reference, Export Doctor version, Premiere Pro version, operating system, and a short description of the installation or opening issue. Do not send project files or confidential client material.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through FastSpring to the original payment method.
