2. Product
Export Doctor is a read-only diagnostic assistant for supported Adobe Premiere Pro configurations. It helps an editor review available timeline and export-error evidence, identify areas worth testing, and run a controlled test. It does not modify a Premiere project automatically, and it cannot guarantee a diagnosis or resolution for every failed export.
3. Paid beta and Early Access
Export Doctor is offered as a paid beta while the local diagnostic catalog and guided test plans continue to evolve. Features, supported configurations, and documentation may be refined through verified guidance and consented feedback. Feedback is entirely optional and never affects the licence or access to included updates.
4. Licence, updates and prior Founding Edition rights
A paid-beta purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the version purchased. It also includes every Export Doctor update released through the end of version 2.x. Email support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and carries no guaranteed response or resolution time. Version 3.0 is not included and is not guaranteed to be developed or released. Customers who purchased under the earlier Founding Edition name retain every benefit granted at their purchase, including the previously stated 50% discount on a future paid version 3.0 if it is released.
5. Ordering, price and delivery
The price, currency, taxes, accepted payment methods, and delivery information are shown at FastSpring checkout before you place an order. FastSpring processes the transaction and order fulfilment. No ownership of the software or its intellectual property transfers to you.
6. Compatibility and statutory rights
Export Doctor 1.2.0 requires Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or later on Windows or macOS. Earlier purchased versions remain subject to the configurations and rights granted at purchase.
If Export Doctor cannot be installed or opened on a supported Premiere Pro configuration, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund under the compatibility guarantee. This guarantee covers installation and compatibility issues. Export Doctor cannot guarantee that every export failure can be identified or resolved. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer except where mandatory law permits it, or remove ownership notices. Do not use the product to process content unlawfully or in a way that breaches third-party rights.
8. Liability
Use Export Doctor on a duplicate sequence or project copy before changing a production project. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kenkazma is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, production delay, or loss arising from reliance on a diagnostic suggestion. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Governing law
French law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any dispute is handled by the court or consumer-resolution route required by applicable law.
10. Changes and acquired rights
We may update these terms for product, legal, or operational reasons. No later version of these terms may reduce the licence, update entitlement, or other rights already granted to a buyer at the time of purchase. The current version is dated above. Questions: alexandre@kenkazma.com.
