Terms of Service

Clear terms for the Export Doctor Early Access software and this website.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Seller

Export Doctor is offered by Alexandre Didier, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), trading as Kenkazma, SIRET 910 295 625 00024, 33 rue Marcel Miquel, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. Contact: alexandre@kenkazma.com · +33 (0)6 99 72 31 61.

2. Product

Export Doctor is a read-only diagnostic assistant for supported Adobe Premiere Pro configurations. It helps an editor review available timeline and export-error evidence, identify areas worth testing, and run a controlled test. It does not modify a Premiere project automatically, and it cannot guarantee a diagnosis or resolution for every failed export.

3. Early Access

The product is offered in Early Access while its local diagnostic catalog and guided test plans continue to evolve. Features, supported configurations, and documentation may be refined through verified guidance and consented feedback. Early Access does not mean an unfinished product can be used outside its stated compatibility requirements.

4. Ordering, price and delivery

The price, currency, taxes, accepted payment methods, and delivery information are shown at FastSpring checkout before you place an order. FastSpring processes the transaction and order fulfilment. A purchase grants the licence scope stated at checkout or in the accompanying licence information; no ownership of the software or its intellectual property transfers to you.

5. Compatibility guarantee and statutory rights

If Export Doctor cannot be installed or opened on a supported Premiere Pro configuration, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund under the compatibility guarantee. This guarantee covers installation and compatibility issues. Export Doctor cannot guarantee that every export failure can be identified or resolved. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer except where mandatory law permits it, or remove ownership notices. Do not use the product to process content unlawfully or in a way that breaches third-party rights.

7. Liability

Use Export Doctor on a duplicate sequence or project copy before changing a production project. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kenkazma is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, production delay, or loss arising from reliance on a diagnostic suggestion. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law

French law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any dispute is handled by the court or consumer-resolution route required by applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for product, legal, or operational reasons. The current version is dated above. Questions: alexandre@kenkazma.com.
